While at USGS, I managed communications for AWS, Tableau, and other cloud services. Led UX development for the help center and support request sites using Agile methodology, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing—streamlined communication workflows and created accessible technical documentation. Delivered reports to stakeholders, implemented analytics and SEO tools to improve engagement, and facilitated user meetings and strategic sessions.
The Help Center was created as a learning management system, featuring videos, step-by-step tutorials, and service information specifically designed for the scientific community. Great care was taken in how this content was presented, adhering to the Federal Plain Language Guidelines.
